At Kairos Outdoor Living, we’re all about the details. From truly capturing your vision in our design and preparing an accurate and detailed estimate to getting your landscape ready for construction, we will listen to your feedback, provide recommendations, and work together to build the outdoor space of your dreams.

PROJECT SCOPE & DETAILS
We will communicate via email or phone to learn about the scope of your landscape project and may request photos of your current outdoor space. We will discuss how you’ll be using this area once it’s transformed, your timeline expectations, and your budget. This information will help us determine if Kairos Outdoor Living is a good fit for your proposed project.

ON-SITE CONSULTATION
Once we’ve determined that we are a good fit, we will schedule an on-site consultation where we will meet in person to discuss your ideas and vision. We will discuss whether or not there will be a design fee, take measurements, and then get started on the design. We use advanced software to make sure the measurements and estimates are extremely precise.

THE DESIGN PHASE
Designs include a detailed plan that are yours to keep regardless of whether you move on to the construction phase with us. Listening careful to your input, we will make adjustments to the design and work with you on changes until we get it just right. There are no limits to the number of revisions.

PROJECT ESTIMATE
At this point, we will prepare and present a construction estimate based on the final design of your landscape project. The difference is in the details with Kairos Outdoor Living. We take our time to ensure the most accurate construction estimate so there will be no surprise costs during your project.

CONSTRUCTION
Now for the exciting part—the construction of your landscape project! This is a white glove service - all you have to do is watch your yard transform. We take care of everything for you from ordering materials, having underground utilities marked, construction, and clean up.
Our talented crew will arrive with materials and efficient attitudes to turn your current landscape into a more functional and more beautiful outdoor space. Once it’s completed, you will enjoy making countless memories outside!
